Our Inspiration
Traditional staples like natto and konnyaku are cherished in Japan. However, during an earthquake, I experienced how challenging it was to access healthy foods that required cooking or refrigeration. This sparked the idea to develop products that offer the health benefits of these foods while being convenient, shelf-stable, and ready to enjoy anytime, anywhere.
